My career path has taken me step by step from operational hotel management to strategic management and on to supporting complex hotel real estate projects.
Today, I combine operational hotel experience, , business management expertise and real estate know-howto operate in the hotel real estate environment in the best possible way.

- Responsibility for the hotel real estate sector at one of the largest international consulting firms (almost 7 years in total):
- Support for hotel real estate transactions and operator transactions
- Due diligence on the buyer/seller side
- Valuation of hotel real estate
- Asset management
- Analysis of business models (end-to-end reviews)
- Project development services (feasibility studies, leasing, etc.)

- Understanding of how contract models (lease, management, franchise) shape long-term property value
- Experience in translating operational performance into investor logic
- Holistic view of the life cycle of a hotel property – from development and operation to repositioning or exit
