Nicola is responsible for customer advice in the area of holiday rentals and assists you with your enquiries and bookings. She is the good soul when it comes to holiday rentals. For landlords as well as for tenants. She takes care of our customers in a friendly and caring way and with her local knowledge of the market she takes care of all aspects of holiday rentals. Both in all the steps that precede a letting and in the subsequent letting/renting. She regularly visits each rental property in person and is thus able to provide individual and optimal support to landlords and tenants.

Every landlord and every tenant can count on Nicola's personal advice. She is there for owners and holidaymakers both during the preparation of the holiday property for letting and during the letting period. Due to her excellent language skills in German, Spanish, French and English, Nicola is able to assist you at any time.
