    Until 2022, no special qualifications or special guarantees to clients were required to act as an estate agent in the Comunitat Valenciana (including the regions of Alicante, Castell\u00f3n and Valencia).<\/p>

    In 2022, a registration decree was passed that requires all agents operating in the Comunitat Valenciana to be registered by August 2023 in order to continue to operate legally. The aim of this regulation is to protect clients (both sellers and buyers) and to ensure professional practice and safe real estate transactions.<\/p>

    Adam & Behrens S.L. is a licensed real estate agent in the Valencian Community and is registered under number \u2018RAICV 5994\u2019 in the Register of Real Estate Agents, which is under the authority of the Regional Ministry of Housing of the Autonomous Community of Valencia.<\/p>

    Additionally, Adam & Behrens S.L. is a member of \"APIAL\". The Association of Real Estate Agents and Brokers of the Province of Alicante, created in accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of the Constitution, Organic Law 1\/2002 of 22 March, which regulates the right of association, and other applicable provisions in this area. \"APIAL\" was created under the protection of the official College of Estate Agents of Alicante and offers its members the same benefits enjoyed by \"API\" members.<\/p>

    In order to be registered in the \"Registro de Agentes de Intermediaci\u00f3n Inmobiliaria de la Comunitat Valenciana\" or to become a member of the \"APIAL\", various conditions must be met which serve to protect clients.
