Fabrice Adler took over the business of Adam & Behrens SL. from the company founders in 2025. Prior to this, he had already been working independently as a real estate agent on the Costa Blanca.<\/p>\r\n
He has extensive experience in the real estate sector and also brings in-depth expertise covering the entire life cycle of hotel properties \u2013 from development and operation to valuation, asset management and transactions. Before Mr Adler ventured to emigrate to Spain, he worked for KPMG Germany in this field for almost seven years (most recently as a manager and authorised signatory).<\/p>\r\n
Thanks to his background in both management consulting and hotel operations, he has a keen understanding of service quality, organisation and customer focus<\/strong>. Today, Mr Adler combines these skills with his expertise in the real estate industry: from structured process management<\/strong> and negotiation skills<\/strong> to intercultural communication<\/strong>.
