Due to the sharp drop in the number of corona infections, the German Federal Government is lifting the travel restrictions for Valencia. The popular holiday region is no longer a risk area from Sunday, March 14th, 2021, as the Robert Koch Institute announced on the Internet on March 12th, 21st.
Since the Valencia region is no longer considered a risk area from March 14, German vacationers are no longer required to quarantine after returning from vacation.
You can then travel to Spain and back as normal. However, the rules from the Spanish side are independent of the German ones.
