The second and final construction phase in which the "Villas Aldonza" are currently being built is only about two kilometres away from the extensive sandy beaches. A total of 11 villas are being built here, eight of which have already been completed.

The sunny and flat plot on which "Villa Aldonza" is located is only a few minutes walk from all shops for daily needs, restaurants and bars.

The villas Aldonza 5,9 and 10 are for sale in the picturesque village of "El Verger", in Castellano "El Vergel", on the sunny coast of Spain - the Costa Blanca.
