In 1981 Mr. Adam said goodbye to the public service in order to devote himself to national and international real estate.
The first activities on the Spanish mainland took place in 1985. An urbanization with around 250 houses was built on the Costa Brava and marketed internationally.
In 1998, the real estate area was expanded to include television and film production, and in 2006, Mr. Adam took on a position on the board of a listed company.
In the same year, Mr. Adam moved to the Costa Blanca, to Denia. Today, Mr. Adam devotes himself exclusively to the international marketing of Spanish properties according to German standards.
The focus is always on the customer, making sure that their needs are met and that any doubts or uncertainties are taken seriously and resolved.
